My neighbor recently lost her husband and has been devastated with overwhelming bills and not knowing how she was going to pay for things. She needed a couple of panels for her shutter of the front window. She called Florida shutters factory and asked if she could buy a couple of panels. The office manager said they just don’t do one window or single panels. The office manager Jean asked Mark the owner and right away he said he would go out and see. That day Marc showed up at her front door he didn’t have to measure the window just looking he knew the size that she needed. He said he would be back the next day. Early Saturday morning. Three men showed up and started to put up brand new folding shutter on Her front window. She open the door and she said how much is this going to cost and the men looked at her and said there is no cost Marc is doing this for you. She was overwhelmed crying and was so thankful and couldn’t believe that someone would do something like that without charging her. The men were done in a half an hour cleaned up and ready to go. As she open the door she went to give them a tip $20 each and each man refused and said it’s a gift from Marc and would not take the tip. I would not only recommend this company because of the great work but because of the heart and soul of this company.
